CLH Foundation is committed to ensuring that all members of the CLH community live with dignity and success. These are values we hold and commitments we have made to those we serve, no matter what. This we share with every member of the CLH community, including CLH Developmental Support Services direct support professionals, staff and volunteers.

CLH Foundation is a not-for-profit charitable organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our board members are members of the community who bring a welcome variety of skills and experiences to their leadership roles.

Dave Sibley

Dave Sibley, Vice President

Dave Sibley has recently retired after nearly 30 years with the Ontario Provincial Police as a Forensic Analyst and Certified Blood Stain Analyst.

Dave was a member of the Board of Directors at Independent Living Services of Simcoe County from 2015-2020. Independent Living Services Simcoe County (ILS) is a non-profit organization that works to help people remain active members of their communities and thrive as independent individuals in their own homes.

Dave was also previously a member of the Board of Directors of CLH Developmental Support Services from 2006-2015. As a founding member of the revitalized A Red Carpet Evening event, Dave recognized the need to update CLH Foundation’s signature gala fundraiser and transform it into an upscale Canadian music event with headlining entertainment. Dave Sibley spent time as Chair of this event, and still is an active member of the CLH Foundation A Red Carpet Evening Committee in his role as the Talent and Hospitality Negotiation Representative.

Dave is a volunteer fundraiser with many years of experience — and as a parent of an adult child who is supported by CLHDevelopmental Support Services, Dave is a passionate advocate for the work of the organization.
